- If any TMB product fails to be completely satisfactory for the purpose you wish to use it, money will be refunded in full.
- TMB products may not be transmitted, copied or passed on to any third party under any circumstances unless prior written consent has been obtained from TMB.
- TMB products may only be used by the purchaser. Where the purchaser is a school or similar establishment, this restricts use of TMB products so purchased to that school or similar establishment at that site, solely. But any individual may use the products within the confines of this sole site. Where the purchaser is an individual, TMB products may be used by that individual at any particular site where such a purchaser is operating, but may not be used by other individuals within sites visited by such an individual purchaser.
- Thus, where a school is the purchaser, it has unlimited use of TMB products purchased for that school on a single site, and where an individual person is the purchaser, that individual has unlimited use of TMB products wherever he or she is operating at any one site at any particular time.
- TMB products as purchased from the TMB website must only be used for
presentations and performances which comprise part of a production pertaining to an education establishment or to bona fide educational personnel for which it has been purchased. Regarding commercial useage, if there is a requirement for TMB products to be used outside of educational use, then a performance / recording / merchandising contract must be obtained from TMB prior to production. All PRS / MCPS protocols apply to all TMB products and modules.
- Whereas every effort is made to write original material when requested to do so, TMB does not guarantee to supply products so requested, other than to provide those products that are available from the TMB website from time to time.
- Because TMB products are mainly intended for school useage, lyrics, music and all other attributes relating to TMB products may be modified or changed by the purchaser. This does not apply to commercial use.
- Such modifications may only be effected for use within the education establishment or site for which the product is purchased.
- Modified TMB products may not be passed on to third parties, nor must any charge or fee be exacted by the purchaser for making such alterations.
- Where modifications or changes are made to TMB products, copyright and legal title to such product or products are always retained by TMB in the modified format.
- A licence to perform TMB material is automatically granted at no extra cost at the point and time of purchase for education establishments. This licence is solely for the site for which the product or products are purchased. The licence embraces all types of performance, whether an admission fee is charged or not. A contractural licence must be obtained for all performances outside of educational use.
